When I try to play videos on my lg enV a note pops up saying %26quot;VIDEO CAN%26quot;T START! PLEASE CHANGE ESN FOR PROPER CONNECTION.%26quot; What should I do to make my videos start working again. I just bought this phone and I hope its not malfunctioning already.How do I change the ESN number on my Verizon lg enV?
changing your ESN is illegal. take the phone back, its a hardware problem. you cant do anythign to fix it
