How do you change the MEID and/or ESN number on htc touch pro (US CELLULAR)?

I have the htc touch pro from us cellular, and i wanted to know how to change the MEID and/or ESN. How do i do this? I heard i need at least CDMA workshop 3.4.1. Where could i download that without a virus for free?

Changing MEID/ESN is an illegal activity on your phone. But to change it, you have to have some software and firmware for you phone. I've read that they gonna unlock CID, then upload a new boot loader, then change the MEID, then upload a new firm ware again, then change the ESN... blah blah...
