I found a website with decent quality cell phones but?

Working for one of the top Ev-DO networks, I want to know how i can place it on my network as our system is strategically set up to deny phones we did not manufacture or licence to manufacture. It has the band length GSM 1900 MHZ so it is technically compatible. But if I were to enter in the ESN into my System I garuntee it would be denied. How would I go about placing it on %26quot;The Network%26quot;



If it involves manually changing the ESN, I know it is illegal to change an ESN but for educational porposes would this be what needs to be done?? If so how for this device
