Change verizon cell phone ESN?

Okay so i found this LG DARE at the mall, couple days later went to activate it and it wont work, says ESN already being used, so how can i change my ESN or any other way to activate this cell phone, and please no answers like no ur gay or anything like thatChange verizon cell phone ESN?
JC is right. How about doing the most honest thing here? Return the phone to it's rightful owner. Look through the contacts %26amp; call someone in there. Try to find out whom the phone belongs too. You can turn the phone into your local Verizon store too. Imagen if you had lost your cell phone....you would want it back %26amp; want someone to return it back to you. All phones are equipped with those ESN's so that when they are stolen or lost they cannot be activated again by some one else that stole it or found it..
