Verizon change phone??????

I recently dropped my phone and it broke so i got a samsung juke. I called verizon and told me that the esn on the juke is clear to activate how can i activate online without going to the store charging 20.00 to activate the juke. I go to my verizon personal account so where exactly is the change esn number.Verizon change phone??????
Go into your Verizon acct online and swap out phones...that's all you have to do. There should be somewhere that says something about your current phone type...go there and then select swap phone...put in the esn and program your new phone.Verizon change phone??????

Normally you can call 611 on your cell, and ask them to do an esn change, and you give them the information on the esn number, and like your account information. Its normally free, but dont know on Verizon.Verizon change phone??????
I have verizon wireless just hit *228 and it should say activating and the press one you will get music then it will say you are done trust me i have done this a million times.
