How do i make an esn change on my alltell phone? without going to the store?

I'm not too sure if this works on alltel BUT on verizon phone all you need to do is to signin in the online account and then do the esn exchange BUT if this dosent work for Alltel than the only way to do it is to take it to the store!!!
