I know how to get in to the services menu but i dont know how i changed the esn to 0000000..and i cant find the option to change it anywhere in their please help me!!!!!I changed my ESN on my verizon v-cast VX8100 to 000000000 how do i change it back?
Thats not normally a thing you can change in a handset - sounds more like the ESN in the handset is fried. Your best bet is to take the handset to a VZW technician in a VZW retail store and have it repaired/replaced under its mfg warranty. Just make sure it doesnt have extensive physical or any liquid damage, which would void the warranty.
