How can i change my esn without calling verizon customer service?

i have a verizon and do not want to call customer service to change my esn (personal reasons) but i need to switch phones because my old one is giving out....any suggestions?How can i change my esn without calling verizon customer service?
You will have to check online at their website. You'll need to register your account and log in. Once you do it should allow you do change the ESN.

Must be an iphone i-diot who assumes AT%26amp;T and the best solution in all areas. In Ohio G3 is questionable and AT%26amp;T is the 3rd best provider based on coverage.

log onto ur account on verizonwireless.com go to my phone- activate phone-activate equipment- and then put in the esn and there ya go. and its free to do online where as if u call them they will charge u $20.
