How do a cahnge my ESN (or Electronic Serial Number) on the Verizon Wireless My Account site?

I cant see that section to change it anywhere

We have 2 phones on our account, and i want to switch the s between the two. I hear you can do that onlineHow do a cahnge my ESN (or Electronic Serial Number) on the Verizon Wireless My Account site?
If the phones are already upon the account, then you wont be able to do so since while doing the change (flip/flop) duplicate esn will appear upon 2 lines.



My account will not allow this to happen. A customer service rep willl need to intervene unless you have a 3rd phone to serve as a place holder to avoid this scenario.



Example: phone A has a chocolate, phone B has a razor, you want phone A to have razor %26amp; B to have a chocolate.



Whichever you choose to switch first A or B, then the change will cause either the chocolate or razor to appear upon 2 phone lines at once.



Call customer service %26amp; see if they will work with you to avoid the $20 per handset change fee.
