You have been scammed! The seller either stole it or found a phone that the previous owner on the account reported stolen.
Get your money back!
There is no way to clear ESN and use it on another provider in Canada. Telus and Bell have a list of all ESN's and the ones blocked are blocked forever unless the owners of the original handset call in %26quot;found%26quot;.
